    The Practitioner Who Roars

I promised you a Practitioner who roars, but first, I’d like to share a little something that needs to be spoken out loud.

I spent years in the spiritual community feeling like I was doing it wrong. Sitting in group healings that made my skin crawl. Nodding along to teachings that didn’t feel right in my body but seemed to land for everyone else. Following people who spoke with such certainty that I figured the problem must be me. If I couldn’t understand it, I wasn’t evolved enough. If it felt off, I needed to push through. If I questioned it, I was “resisting.”

Here’s what I know now. That icky feeling was my intuition and it was right every single time.

The spiritual community, like every other system, has its own matrix. Its own set of rules about what’s right and wrong, what enlightenment looks like, who’s further along the path, and who gets to stand at the front of the room and tell you how to get there. If you don’t conform, something must be wrong with you.

Sound familiar? It should. It’s the same structure as everything else we’ve been told not to break free from. It just comes wrapped in sage smoke and good vibes.

So here’s what I want to say to anyone who’s coming into their knowing right now, or who’s been on this path for a while and still feels that quiet twinge of “something’s not right here”, trust yourself.

Not the guru. Not the course. Not the person on stage who seems to have all the answers. Not the group that insists you participate in something that makes you uncomfortable and then tells you the discomfort is a “lesson.” Not every experience is a lesson. Sometimes it’s just your gut telling you to leave.

Your heart knows and your body knows. That feeling you get when something doesn’t sit right. It’s not resistance, it’s your innate intelligence.

I’ll give you a small example from my own life. Meditation. In the spiritual community, it was the thing. Sit in silence, quiet the mind and if the mental chatter won’t stop, try harder. Don’t get me wrong, it works for many people but not for me. For years I thought I was failing at it because traditional meditation never felt like home to me. Turns out, my meditation is creation. When I paint, when I’m in the flow of making something, that’s where I find the stillness.

Maybe yours is music, gardening, running, reading or cooking. There’s no one way and there never was.

I'll be honest with you, some days, I'm not entirely sure what I believe about all of this. I channel paintings. I receive messages. I watch synchronicities stack up in ways that are hard to explain. And then some mornings I wake up and think, really? But then I watch someone stand in front of one of these paintings and something moves through them. Tears, truth bumps or an emotion they weren't expecting and can't hide. You can't fake that moment and it's in those moments that I have to remind myself: something is happening here, even if I can't always explain it. I see both sides, I live in that space between knowing and questioning, and I've stopped trying to resolve it. I think that's actually where the good stuff lives. Right there in the tension between faith and doubt.

The moment someone tells you they have it all figured out, that’s your cue to walk or run the other way.

    NOW...THE PRACTITIONER THAT ROARS

    Meet Lion’s Gate.

Before you start looking for a lion, let me save you the search. This isn’t a painting of a big cat. This is a portal.

    Image description

    LION'S GATE • 60" x 48" • Acrylic, Silk Paint, Vinyl, Glass Beads • $4,444

The Lion’s Gate Portal activates every year on August 8 (8/8) when the Sun, the star Sirius, and the Earth align. It runs from around July 28 through August 12, peaking on that 8/8 date. It’s considered one of the most powerful astrological windows of the year for spiritual awakening, manifestation, and transformation. During this window, higher frequency energies from Sirius are beamed toward Earth, and the energy is a lot but in the best way.

This painting was channelled as one of The Practitioners, and when it speaks, it doesn’t whisper:

“I am your gateway to higher realms of consciousness. If you are seeking accelerated ascension amidst the already potent waves of change and transformation, I ask you to tune in to me and unlock the powers of your portal gateway within.”

The painting holds layers of sacred geometry. The Merkaba, that star shape at the centre, represents our light body. Within it sits a dreamcatcher that acts as a portal to other dimensions. And nested inside the dreamcatcher is the infinity symbol, which also mirrors the 8:8 of the Lion’s Gate opening itself.

The four symbols you see are the Universal Laws of Creation, brought down from the star nations. Clockwise from the top: the Universal Law of Symmetry, the Universal Law of Free Will, the Universal Law of Judgement, and the Universal Law of Light, Sound and Vibration.

Here’s where I want to practice what I just preached.

There are people right now saying that sacred geometry was designed to suppress human consciousness or that the infinity symbol is a loop which traps you from furthering yourself. I could tell you they’re wrong and I could tell you they’re right. But that would make me exactly the kind of person I just told you not to follow.

The truth is, I resonate with both sides. Some days the sacred geometry in any painting feels like pure activation. Other days I sit with the questions and I’ve made peace with that, because this is exactly the point: your response to this painting, to these symbols, to any of it, is yours. If you look at Lion’s Gate and feel expansion, trust that. If you feel resistance, trust that too. Both responses are information worth listening to. What I won’t do is stand here and tell you there’s only one right way to see it. My role is to paint what comes through me and let you meet it wherever you are.

That’s what makes The Practitioners different from a teaching. They’re not telling you what to think. They’re asking you to feel.

I animated Lion’s Gate after a sound session at Heart of Healing. During the session, I could see how the energy would move through the painting. I could feel the way it wanted to breathe and pulse. So I brought that to life. Not because anyone told me to. Not because it was the “right” next step in some business plan. Because my intuition said do this, and I listened without second-guessing.

Which brings us right back to where we started, doesn’t it?

    COMING NEXT WEEK

A painting that found its way to a stranger at three in the morning, what happened next is one many extraordinary stories I’ve ever been part of and another Practitioner steps forward.

Until next week, I will be questioning everything, trusting myself and charging the wine anyway,

What if a painting could remember who you were before you forgot?

I don’t always know what’s coming through when I start a painting. Sometimes it reveals itself slowly, one layer at a time, like peeling back something ancient. Other times, it’s immediate. A knowing, a pull that doesn’t let go until the canvas catches up to whatever is trying to come through.

With Lemuria, the pull was oceanic, pun intended.

She came through in layers, the way memory does when it’s not from this lifetime. First the water. Then the currents of colour... teals and golds and deep oceanic blues pulling across the canvas like tides responding to something I couldn’t see yet. Then the whale appeared, carrying the Flower of Life within its body as though sacred geometry were as natural as breathing.

And then she emerged. The face on the right, barely there and entirely there at the same time. Eyes visible, her hair flowing into the currents of energy that move through the entire painting, as though she and the water and the light were never separate things to begin with.

That’s Lemuria. Not just the painting, but the place. The memory. The feeling you get when you look at this work and something in your chest says I know this.

    THE PAINTING

Lemuria is one of The Practitioners, my collection of living, multidimensional healing paintings that operate through colour, sacred geometry, and frequency. She is 60 x 48 inches of acrylic on canvas and she is very much alive.

Look closer and you’ll see what I mean. The whale carries the Flower of Life encoded in its body, one of the most ancient and powerful sacred geometry patterns known to exist. It’s the same geometry found in cell division, in the structure of crystals, in the way a nautilus builds its shell. The whale holds this pattern the way a messenger holds a letter... with purpose. Above it, a dolphin leaps through the currents, and if you look carefully at the flowing lines on the left side of the painting, a white pegasus emerges from the imagery, wings and all, as though riding the energy between worlds.

The golden-orange fish near the centre radiates warmth and vitality against all that blue, a spark of individuality within the collective flow. The luminous orbs scattered through the composition are portals, doorways, openings between dimensions. And those radiating lines of gold and green? They pulse outward like light codes being transmitted through water, which, if you understand frequency, is exactly what’s happening.

The colours alone tell a story. The deep blues and teals speak to the throat and third eye: communication, intuition, seeing beyond. The golds carry solar energy: divine feminine wisdom, activation, remembrance. The greens are the heart. Always, the heart.

I later added a Flower of Life upgrade to the portal in the bottom right corner, an amplification of the sacred geometry already woven throughout. Think of it as turning up the volume on a frequency that was already playing.

    THE PRACTITIONER SPEAKS

Every Practitioner carries a channelled message, words that come through during or after the painting process. These aren’t things I write. They’re things I receive. Here is what Lemuria had to say:

“Do you see YOU when you look into my eyes? Do you see your soul and remember? Welcome home. I am here to reflect back to you the power and wisdom you hold. As a divine feminine Lemurian, you were honoured as an integral part of a spiritually aware society. You were a Shaman and the holder of the spiritual wisdom. We lived together in community as healers, priestesses, and empowered women many lifetimes ago. Feel the power in that. You have now come back this lifetime to reunite with your sisters to rejoice, to grieve, to laugh and to heal. To build communities again and bring back the long forgotten vows you’ve made. Heal the hurt of losing all the parts of your soul through separation of self and separation from others. You are whole. You are a divine reflection of source and you are a channel of cosmic energy. We are grateful you answered the call to come together again in this lifetime to share your gifts. Let us rise together.”

If you felt something reading that, a tightness in your chest, truth bumps, a quiet knowing... that’s not your imagination. That’s recognition.

    Sandy felt it too:

“It is breathtaking!!! Like truly breathtaking. Wow. It makes me feel a longing when I look at it somehow. Almost as if I can feel at home there more than I sometimes do here. Also safe and protected by having those other beings by her side.”— Sandy S.

Sandy had never read the channelled message when she said that. She didn’t need to. The painting told her everything, and her soul already knew.

    LEMURIA: THE PLACE, THE MEMORY

For those unfamiliar, Lemuria was an ancient civilization believed to have existed largely in the Southern Pacific, between North America and Asia/Australia, predating even Atlantis. At its peak, the Lemurian people were both highly evolved and deeply spiritual, living in conscious cooperation with the Creator and possessing abilities we are only now beginning to remember.

The loss of Lemuria was devastating. But the love, the beauty, and the spirit of that civilization lives on in those who remember. This painting is a living visual record of that remembrance. It represents what it felt like to live as one with nature, in harmony and peace, as Lemuria rises again.

And rise it does. Through the people who feel this connection. Through the healers, the empaths, the women rebuilding community and remembering their power. Through you, perhaps, reading this right now and wondering why your eyes are wet.

THE SYNCHRONICITY: HOW LEMURIA FOUND HER WAY TO HEART OF HEALING

This is how things work when you stop trying to control the story and let the paintings write it themselves.

My friend Colleen, a Quantum Healing Arts Practitioner, was hosting a women’s circle at a local coffee shop called Tribal Connections. She asked if I’d bring Lemuria along, feeling the painting would have an impact on the women attending. I said of course, created a write-up about the painting, and printed two copies. One I attached to the canvas, and one I set on a table for anyone to read.

After a beautiful event, I went to collect everything. One printout was there. The other had vanished.

In true Colleen fashion, she smiled and said, “Whoever finds it is meant to have it.”

One week later, Colleen walked back into the same coffee shop and straight into a group of friends who had just been talking about the event and about my painting. And there she was: Melanie, the woman who had found the write-up who was an Akashic Record Practitioner. She had a deep connection to Lemuria and had just started working out of a place called Heart of Healing, a healing centre with a light, sound, and vibrational therapy room, among other modalities.

The moment she described the centre, I knew I had to experience it.

Let’s just say when I met Roxane, the owner, it was like reuniting with someone from another lifetime. The session itself was out of this world. It did for me what my paintings do for others. It was like an energy upgrade. I could see fractal images, like looking through a kaleidoscope of light and geometry. And in that experience, something clicked. I suddenly understood how to create videos showing the way energy moves through my paintings using sound, movement, and animation.

Within a week of meeting Roxane, I had covered the walls of Heart of Healing with The Practitioners. They lived there for two years, working on every person who walked through those doors for light and sound therapy, whether those people knew a painting was working on them or not.

One missing printout. One coffee shop. One woman who was meant to find it. And suddenly a healing centre had living art on its walls, I had a new creative breakthrough, and a friendship was born that felt ancient the moment it began.

That’s not coincidence. That’s how The Practitioners operate.

AND NOW FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT

Or maybe not that different. Because if you’ve made it this far, you already understand that everything is frequency. Your thoughts. Your emotions. Your cells dividing according to sacred geometry whether you believe in it or not. The colour of the sky shifting your nervous system without asking permission.

So when I tell you that I also charge wine... you’re not going to look at me like I’ve lost it. Right?

    INTRODUCING COSMIC COASTERS

    Elevate Your Wine’s Frequency

I know how this sounds. I’m an artist who paints inter-dimensional healing portals and talks to dolphins on canvas, and now I’m telling you I can improve the taste of your Malbec with a coaster.

But here’s the thing: it works. And I’m not the only one who thinks so.

These Cosmic Coasters are a pack of four wallet-sized, 3.5” x 3.5” wine-proof charge cards that act as coasters. Each one is embedded with sacred geometry, colour frequencies, and light codes, the same energetic technology that powers my paintings, just in a size that fits in your purse and goes wherever you go. A restaurant. A dinner party. Your best friend’s house. That Tuesday evening when the week has been a lot and you deserve an upgraded glass of something.

    How do they work?

The sacred geometry, colours, and light codes on each card emit an energy field that positively shifts the frequency of your wine. They clear any lower vibrations picked up during the winemaking process, and yes, I mean everything from a disgruntled grape to an unhappy worker to the bottle sitting in a liquor store absorbing the energy of every person who walked past it. The list is endless.

Hint: Research Nikola Tesla and the power of vibration and frequency. Then come back and read this section again. It’ll make a lot more sense.

    COSMIC COASTER 4 PACK

DON’T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT

I use these cosmic coasters for my coffee and wine. It literally changed the alchemy and ultimately the taste. Still blows my mind. It’s a hoot to try the different ones as each person is different. It creates a smoother beverage every single time. My 88-year-old dad had me leave one of my coasters with him as he appreciated the shift in the taste as well. Lots of fun to try with friends and family. Love them! Highly recommend.” — Colleen H.

When an 88-year-old man who probably couldn’t care less about sacred geometry asks you to leave the coaster behind because he can taste the difference... that’s not a placebo. That’s frequency doing what frequency does.

    THE FINE PRINT

    Cosmic Coasters, 4 Pack: $22

Side effects may include a smoother finish, conscious conversations, laughter, and feeling uplifted the next day.

NOTE: Wine and wine glasses sold separately.

    → Elevate Your Wine’s Frequency

These coasters are multidimensional, which means they’re also multifunctional. Place them under your coffee, your water, your crystals, your food, in your fridge... anything you want to energize, clear, or uplevel. They also work brilliantly as bug shields on summer evenings. Sacred geometry: keeping your Chardonnay both elevated and fly-free since 2023.
